Oxford-based DJ/producer & Meanstreets label boss Trends, has produced Grime and Drum & Bass for over a decade. In 2013 he dropped‘I’ll Buss Ur Head’, a Grime EP so savage and raw that it instantly marked him as one to watch.

Via other platforms Trends has released the infamous ‘Hypnotized’ refix and another collaboration with Boylan entitled ‘Norman Bates’ - which was hailed as the Grime anthem of 2017. The combination of these 2 tracks led to duo creating “Normantize”, which in turn snowballed into a sell out white label vinyl.

Trends has been causing quite the stir on London’s underground airwaves, national channels such as Rinse, 1Xtra and Radio 1.

His production has been hailed as ‘consistent and heavy’ and his unremitting style is perfect for the rave. Taking influence from the genre’s formative producers, his stripped back, raw and aggressive sound has found favour with a number of the genre’s more established producers. His club tracks have been supported by stalwarts such as Toddla T, Kahn & Neek, Royal T, Hatcha, Swindle & Preditah as well as MC’s like Flirta D, Killa P, Flowdan, YGG and many more.
